Clarity Doctrine AI Guide

Bring what’s true.

The AI guide helps you name what keeps repeating.

You don’t need it figured out before you start. Choose the area that fits best, choose the one that feels nearest, or start with “I don’t know what this is yet.” The guide meets you where you land.

Launch note: Relationships is the first active area. The other Life Areas are being written and will open as they ship.
How it works

Three steps. No session. No scheduling.

1

Bring what’s true.

Tell the Engine what you’re in the middle of. Doesn’t have to be articulate—half-formed is fine. The mess is where we start.

2

The Engine names it.

Trained in the Clarity Doctrine voice. It names the pattern underneath the story. It asks the question you’ve been avoiding. No coddling, no hustle, no spiritual hand-waving—just the truth, steady.

3

You decide.

The Engine doesn’t make the call. It hands you the mirror, the pattern, and the move you’ve been avoiding. The work is still yours. That’s the whole point.

Every six messages, the Engine pauses and asks you to write two sentences on what landed. This isn’t a bug—it’s the product. Clarity that doesn’t make you stop to notice it isn’t clarity.

Site-Wide Tokens

Start free. Add tokens only when you need more.

Tokens give you access to the areas that are currently open. Start with the door that fits best, or use “I don’t know what this is yet” when you cannot name the issue.

Your tokens are not tied to one Life Area. As new doors open, the same site-wide token balance can be used across them.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Is this therapy?
No—and it doesn’t try to be. Clarity Doctrine is a truth-driven tool built around radical honesty. If what you need is the kind of help a licensed professional gives, get that. The two aren’t competing—they’re different things for different jobs.
Do I need to be in crisis to use this?
No—and most users aren’t. Some people come in crisis. Most come because something’s been off for a while and they’re done pretending it isn’t. Both are valid reasons to show up.
What if I only have one question?
Perfect. Start with the free three. If the voice is what you need, keep going.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click. No call, no exit interview, no “are you sure.” The subscription is monthly—cancel and you stop being billed from that day.
What about my data?
Your conversations are stored securely so you can come back to them. We review a small sample only for safety monitoring and product improvement. We don’t sell anything. We don’t train outside models on your data. You can export or delete everything, anytime.
What’s the reflection gate?
Every six messages, the Engine pauses and asks you to write two short sentences on what actually landed. Not optional. It’s the platform’s insistence that you do the work—not just talk.
What happens if I’m in a crisis?
If something is life-threatening—to you, to someone else—the Engine stops its normal voice and routes you directly to crisis resources. It doesn’t try to be the answer. It tells you where to go.
